Where possible, to protect our staff we ask that there is no more than 1 other person present during testing, windows and doors may need to be opened to provide ventilation & the property is clean. As we only need to worry about new tenancies at the moment, we’re only quoting on unoccupied properties. As antibody tests and/or a suitable vaccination becomes available, we will be opening up to occupied properties before the 2021 deadline.
